A membership to the Ohio Sexual Health Collaborative provides you with a community of like minded and engaging healthcare professionals who share your interest and passion for evidence based, women's sexual health. Membership provides opportunities for collaboration, networking, events, and your profile will be listed on our 'find a clinician' page. We hope you join us!

After submitting an application your information will be sent to our board for review.
We ask that you also email a copy of your CV and copy of professional license and certifications to ohiosexualhealthcollaborative@gmail.com.
Below you will find suggested criteria for membership, these are not requirements but are some things our board considers when reviewing applications.
Preferred minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of Women’s Sexual Health
We have 2 tiers for membership: Junior and Senior membership tiers. Junior members are those having less than 5 years of experience in Sexual Health, senior members are those having 5 or more years of experience in Sexual Health.
Must hold a current and valid license/certification in their field without restrictions
Must be a member of a national/international organization SMSNA, ISSM, SSTAR, ISSWSH, IPPS, ESSM, NAMS or other professional evidenced based organization
Suggested training and certifications by discipline
Physical TherapistsPelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC) American Board of Physical Therapy Specialization Women’s Health Certification (WCS) International Society for the Study of Women's Sexual Health Fellow American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists Certified Sex Counselor or Educator | CliniciansInternational Society for the Study of Women's Sexual Health Fellow American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists Certified Sex Counselor or Educator Completed a Fellowship or other training specific to women’s sexual health | Sex TherapistsPhD Human Sexuality PhD Psychology with fellowship/apprenticeship in women’s sexual health International Society for the Study of Women's Sexual Health Fellow American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and TherapistsSex Therapist |

After you apply for membership we ask that you please email a copy of your CV and copy of your professional license and certifications to ohiosexualhealthcollaborative@gmail.com.
We will review your application and get back to you via email. We review applications on a monthly basis.
Please include a professional photo as your avatar with your application for use in your profile.
Please note:
*We are not a non-profit organization, we are a LLC. Your membership fee is not tax deductible.
*We are not currently accepting affiliate memberships as this membership is not inline with our mission.
*If your application is declined you may be charged a 20-40 cent transaction fee.
*We typically bill the first of the calendar year, if you join on or after 11/1 you will not be billed required to pay membership dues again in Jan and will be billed the following year.
